Tai chi was originally practiced 2000 years ago as a form of self defense. Today the movements have been found by researchers to not only work on flexibility, strength, energy, stamina, well being and reducing stress, but they also have been shown to work with depression, co ordination, sleep, blood pressure, chronic pain, and everyday physical functioning including anger management.
Anyone, regardless of physical limitations or age, can benefit from doing Tai chi.
